WHAT DO I NEED TO GET A MORTGAGE IN SPAIN..?
What documents will you need?
In general the documentation you need to present to the bank is straight forward.
The following documentation is mandatory for a mortgage application:
- Residencia ( if you require above 70% mortgage)
- N.I.E. certificate
- X3 Latest payslips
- Copy of Latest P60
- Copy of Passport photograph
In the case of a self certification mortgage no proof of income is required, however bank statements may be requested.
